This company is the absolute worse when it comes to online shopping. I received a (damaged) pair of Adidas shoes. Getting in touch with this company is absolutely a nightmare, really...never have I experienced such bad customer service. I mean, when they reply people are sort of .... nice, but the question is if they actually reply, at all.
I don't know how many emails I had to send to get an answer. About 4 times I needed to send an email with: ''hello?'' ''Can anyone reply, please?'' ''Still didn't get any news...someone there? Seriously?''. Really horrible.
Never again, sorry guys...but work on your customer service instead of a fancy website and cool looking shops. I heard something is going on in the world with a pandemic....and therefore people are buying online, instead of shops. So please, invest your money right.
Won raffle ( Jordan 1 Mocha ) and bought other items and never had a problem. Shipped super fast 1 day in Sweden next day in my hands. Didn’t expect them that fast. Well, thank you.

Unresponsive, rude customer service, refuses to do free returns.
Wouldn’t usually be the type to post a review but the service I have received from this company has been absolutely shocking. Similar story to most here it seems! SNS refunds are absolutely terrible. Sent my parcel back to them over a month ago to hear absolutely nothing from them. Just want an update of some sort when I’m hit with the same automated message again and again. So bad. Such a big company handling a lot of people money like it’s nothing. Service and customer service for such a reputable should be on point in my opinion. Sns is far from it. Hands down the worst service I’ve ever received from a sneaker retailer!
I returned a pair of shoes (NJ location received on January 7, 2021) and have yet to receive a refund (March 3, 2021). I was in contact with "Fredrik" but he eventually ghosted me. I sent a new inquiry regarding my refund and received notice from Hanna K that it would take a "few extra days" to process a return. I am concerned this isn't a legitimate company. I will update my review if anything changes.
What a bad website! On the release of a shoe It goes down, I had the shoes in my basket and then when I wanted to pay the page went down. 40 min later the website was up again and my shoes where gone! What a bad website! Never counting on them again
SNS have a lot of good raffles for hype clothes and a decent app too. Easy to order and delivery isn’t too bad considering it comes from EU. Customer service is good aswell they quickly sorted an issue I had with a pair of trainers. I’d give 5* but returns to SNS are a bit of a pain in the ass and could be costly as it’s going to the EU.
Do Not use this company , trainers ordered and money taken and they never arrived

The package was lost by UPS. The claim was later granted but SNS has taken two weeks to "respond"; Closing my ticket without a response as it was "detected as less urgent and already answered". Now I have to contact them again explaining the matter and get back in the queue of backlogged emails.
Received faulty trainers. Accepted a 10% refund on the 9th of Dec but no payment has been received yet. Maybe they expected me to forget about it
My husband placed an order for 2 pairs of Nike shoes and 2 pairs of Puma shoes for the two of us. The shoes, all four of them, were delivered in less than 6 days with no issues at all from both the sides. I'm actually pretty impressed by how fast I received the shoes.
Every order I have placed I have never had an issue with yeah the raffles are sometimes hard to win but that’s expected with limited releases I have a won a few of their raffles so it’s all good
